As the city welcomes back the season’s most sought-after seafood, The Legacy House is embracing autumn with an exquisite hairy crab menu featuring high-quality crabs from Taihu Lake in China, most famous for producing crabs with rich and fragrant oil.

Guests can enjoy the most traditional steamed hairy crabs with ginger and perilla leaves (HK$980 each).

For those looking for more creative ways to indulge, The Legacy House’s hairy crab menu also features the likes of Steamed Shanghainese Pork Dumplings with luscious hairy crab cream (HK$160/2 pieces); Braised Tofu, Scallops, Hairy Crab Cream (HK$320); and Braised Green Bean Noodles topped with rich and glossy hairy crab cream (HK$680), among other items.

For an extravagant feast, guests can also top their hairy crab delights in Alba White Truffle at seasonal price.


Complete the Experience with a Pairing

Be it a bottle of Vin Jaune Côtes du Jura 2009 (HK$1,550), Guyuelongshan, Long Wen 15 year Chinese wine (HK$120/glass and HK$1,180/bottle), or a wonderful dram of Japanese whiskey. The Legacy House presents a new experience that highlights the refined blends of Hibiki Whisky which add incredible aromatics to Chinese cuisine. Opt for either the Intermediate Experience (HK$1,000) or Advanced Experience (HK$2,000) which makes use of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, Hibiki 17, and Hibiki 21 or relax and sip by the glass.
